Take 3 tablespoon of flour in the bowl. Add 3 tablespoon of ground sugar, 2 table spoon cocoa, 1 spoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt. Now mix all the mixture together. Now add 2 tablespoon of cooking oil, 5 tablespoon milk and one teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix all the material together and fill a temperature resistant bowl with it. Now place the bowl in microwave for 90 seconds on medium temperature and your homemade brownie recipe is ready to serve.

Note: When calculating the amount of ingredients, i prefer to use the same tablespoon to be consistent when pouring each of it.
Lets get to the job, and add 3 tablespoon of sieved flour in a glass bowl.
Now lets add 3 tablespoon of sugar. Make sure you grind all the sugar before you add, so that it can be consistently mixed with flour with a little stir. Ice sugar may be another option as it is already ground in a powered form, which is meant to mixed in baking products.
Add and stir 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder in the mixture.
1 teaspoon of baking powder is enough to add in the above quantity of flour.
Now i will like to add a pinch of salt to flour. Although it seems controversial but trust me its to enhance the flavor.
Now i am going to stir all the mixture well enough to have it mixed altogether to get a consistent look.
Lets get to the liquid ingredients. I will take the smallest plastic spoon I have in my kitchen. Now add a teaspoon equal of vanilla extract to get some aromatic fragrance out of our finally cooked brownie.
Add two table spoon of cooking oil to the bowl.
Now take 5 tablespoon of milk and pour in to the mixture. Make sure its from fresh dairy, so that we can get the exact taste. While you pour milk in the flour, stir well along, so that flour doesn’t stick in small chunks. Now you will get your mixture in the form of brown paste.
Now I will get a temperature resistant glass baking bowl, and shift all the brown paste in it. Shaking the bowl will do equalize the surface.
Bake the brown paste for 1 minute and 30 seconds. And after one and half minute, we cooked our lovely homemade restaurant quality brownie with a spongy soft texture.
